PRINTIFY MERCHANDISE
All HighVibesX physical merchandise including clothing and accessories is produced on demand through our print on demand partner Printify.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons only: the item arrived damaged or defective, you received the wrong item or incorrect size, or the print quality does not match what was advertised.
To request a return please contact us at [your email address] within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and your full name and contact details.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection so please review all sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
Approved returns will be replaced or refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
EVENT TICKETS
All ticket sales are final and non refundable unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by HighVibesX.
If an event is cancelled a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If an event is rescheduled your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement to request a refund.
We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with attending our events.
DJ BOOKINGS AND APPEARANCES
Booking deposits are non refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will forfeit the full booking fee. HighVibesX reserves the right to cancel any booking at our discretion with a full refund issued to the client.
