GENERAL

HighVibesX operates this website and all associated offerings including live events, DJ bookings, and merchandise. By using our site you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

TICKETS AND EVENTS

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds on event tickets unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by HighVibesX. If an event is cancelled a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. If an event is rescheduled your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Ticket transfers may be permitted at our discretion.

MERCHANDISE

All merchandise orders are processed and fulfilled through our print on demand partner. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

DJ BOOKINGS AND APPEARANCES

Booking inquiries are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date may forfeit the deposit. HighVibesX reserves the right to decline any booking inquiry at our discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including music, graphics, logos, event materials, and brand assets belong to HighVibesX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HighVibesX is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, attendance at our events, or purchase of our products. We make every effort to ensure accurate information on our site but cannot guarantee it is always complete or error free.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
